Questions people ask before going solar
How much does a rooftop system cost?
A typical 3 kW home system costs ₹1.8–2.1 lakh before the government subsidy, which currently brings it down by up to ₹78,000. Your quote shows both numbers.
How long does installation take?
Two days on the roof for most homes. Net-metering approval from BESCOM usually takes another two to four weeks; we handle the paperwork.
Will it work during power cuts?
Standard grid-tied systems switch off in a power cut for safety. If you want backup, ask for a hybrid system with a battery.
Do I need to clean the panels?
A rinse with water every two to three weeks keeps output high. Our annual service plan includes cleaning and a health check.
